Functional Medicine Consultation in Berry Hill for a Focused Health Review

A functional medicine consultation helps patients organize health concerns that need more context than a single symptom provides. Our team reviews your health history, daily habits, nutrition concerns, and diagnostic needs before discussing possible next steps.

This page serves people who want a focused health review alongside chiropractic care or personal injury support. The service isn't a substitute for urgent medical care, and severe or sudden symptoms need appropriate medical attention.

The main decision is whether your concerns call for a broader review, injury documentation, chiropractic treatment, or another form of care. We explain that choice during the consultation, so you can understand what the next step involves.

  • Bring a list of current symptoms and the main concern you want to discuss.
  • Share relevant health history, prior care, and any records that may support the review.
  • Ask which nutrition questions, diagnostic needs, or injury details belong in the care plan.
  • Confirm whether chiropractic treatment, medical evaluation, or referral is the right next step.

How We Approach This Health Review

Start with your health history

Health history forms the base of the consultation, so our team can connect symptoms with prior care and current concerns. This service isn't the right fit for a sudden medical emergency that needs immediate attention.

Match assessments to your concerns

Nutrition questions, daily habits, and possible laboratory testing are discussed according to your symptoms and diagnostic needs. We don't treat every patient as if the same assessment fits.

Keep the next step clear

A report of findings and personalized treatment plan can help explain what happens next. Medical evaluation, chiropractic care, injury documentation, or referral may be discussed when each fits the case.

Going to Advanced Injury Care was a great experience, because going in pain is hard for me, but the staff gave great comfort and it relaxes me. Dr. Roberts cares for her patients and educates them on their injuries. She far exceeded her job.

This place is amazing. The staff is friendly. The office is clean and laid back. Not much of a wait. The doctor walks you through every step and tells you what he’s going to do and has answers any questions I’ve had to the best of his knowledge. Normally I am afraid to go to doctors and be in offices but this place has been a different experience. I would recommend anyone to come here. The front desk ladies are helpful and friendly

Questions About This Health Consultation

How should I prepare before the consultation starts?

Preparation starts with a list of symptoms, prior care, current supplements, and questions. Bring relevant medical or injury records if you have them. A clear record helps our team discuss health history, nutrition concerns, and diagnostic needs without losing focus on the issue that matters most to you.

Which details should I confirm before agreeing to care for Functional Medicine Consultation?

The care plan, assessment purpose, and next clinical step should be clear before you agree to care. Ask which concerns the consultation addresses, whether laboratory testing is being considered, and how injury documentation fits the plan. Our team explains these points in plain language during the consultation.

When is this consultation the wrong first step?

A functional medicine consultation isn't the right first step for a sudden medical emergency. Severe symptoms need immediate medical attention through the appropriate emergency service. For ongoing concerns, our team can review your health history and explain whether medical evaluation, chiropractic care, or another referral fits.

Why might nutrition questions come up during injury care?

Nutrition questions may add context when injury symptoms occur alongside broader health concerns. Food patterns, supplements, and health history can help shape the discussion, but they don't replace injury evaluation. Our team keeps chiropractic treatment, medical findings, and injury documentation connected without treating them as the same service.

What changes the cost of this consultation?

The services and assessment needs discussed during the visit determine the cost. A health history review alone differs from care that also includes medical evaluation, injury documentation, or further testing. Free initial consultations give you a chance to discuss the expected next step before choosing care.
