Process

How We Plan Care for Nerve-Related Symptoms

1

Record symptoms and health history

The new patient intake records symptom location, changes, injury details, and relevant health history.

2

Complete the patient evaluation

The evaluation reviews movement, reported symptoms, and diagnostic needs, with X-rays considered if clinically indicated.

3

Explain the findings

A report of findings explains what the evaluation showed and which care options fit the concern.

4

Build the treatment plan

The personalized treatment plan connects chiropractic care or related services to the documented findings.

5

Review documented progress

A progress re-examination checks reported changes and guides the next care discussion.

How We Approach Nerve-Related Symptoms

Individualized patient evaluations

Each evaluation starts with your symptoms and health history. The plan may include chiropractic care, medical review, or further diagnostic discussion. Neuropathy care is the wrong fit for symptoms that need immediate emergency attention.

Evidence-informed injury care

Our team connects the exam, reported symptoms, and documented treatment progress. This approach helps patients understand why a care step is being considered.

Personalized treatment plans

A plan can address related musculoskeletal concerns such as back pain, neck pain, or whiplash. We explain the plan and adjust the discussion when your symptoms change.

A client scenario this service addresses

A person in Hermitage may notice tingling and numbness after an injury, then worry that balance problems mean the condition is getting worse. We review the symptom pattern, health history, and diagnostic needs before matching chiropractic care to the situation. Urgent or serious symptoms require medical attention beyond routine chiropractic care.

This is the most friendliest and efficient doctor’s office I ever visited. The lady at the front desk !!!! AMAZING. Great customer service. The doctor asks perfect questions and made me feel comfortable and confident with my treatment plan. Highly recommended for all patients. Even if you’re just learning to walk again! My fiancé & I was in an accident on 4/16/2024 and since we started treatment at the clinic the staff has been very helpful. They’re very professional, polite& efficient. Dr. Roberts always make sure that she ask us if we’re ok before and after treatment. She also makes sure that we clearly understand the process and answers any question’s or concerns that we may have. I would recommend her to anyone that needs proper treatment after an injury.

Questions About Neuropathy Care and Chiropractic Visits

What symptoms are commonly associated with neuropathy for Neuropathy Treatment?

Burning pain, tingling, numbness, and balance problems are common neuropathy symptoms. Symptoms may affect the hands, feet, or other areas, and their pattern helps guide the evaluation. Our team reviews your health history and current concerns before discussing care. New or worsening balance trouble needs prompt medical attention when it affects safe walking.

How does a chiropractor decide whether care fits nerve symptoms?

Advanced Injury Care Clinic reviews your symptoms, health history, movement, and diagnostic needs before recommending care. Chiropractic treatment may fit related musculoskeletal problems, such as back pain or neck pain. Some nerve symptoms need medical evaluation beyond chiropractic care. We explain that distinction during the report of findings and discuss appropriate next steps.

Which details should I bring to the first consultation?

A symptom history, medical records, injury details, and current concerns help guide the first consultation. Include when symptoms began, what changes them, and whether numbness or weakness affects daily tasks. You can also bring questions about chiropractic treatment, diagnostic needs, and injury documentation. This information helps us build a plan around your situation.

When should balance problems receive urgent medical attention?

Balance problems need urgent medical attention when they appear suddenly, worsen quickly, or make walking unsafe. Falls, new weakness, severe confusion, or other serious changes also require prompt care. Routine chiropractic treatment should not delay emergency evaluation. Our team can discuss whether your symptoms fit a clinic consultation after urgent concerns receive proper attention.

Why might neuropathy symptoms continue after an injury?

Neuropathy symptoms may continue when nerve irritation, inflammation, or another medical issue remains active. An injury history alone does not identify the cause. We review the symptom pattern, movement, health history, and diagnostic needs before selecting care. Documented treatment progress helps guide later discussions, but individual response differs.

What changes the cost of a neuropathy care plan?

Evaluation needs, diagnostic work, treatment methods, and injury documentation can change the cost of care. A plan involving chiropractic visits may differ from one that needs further medical review or added services. We explain upfront pricing after discussing the work involved. Patients can request a consultation to receive information specific to their concerns.
