Process

How We Begin Vertigo Care

1

Record the symptom pattern

We document when dizziness starts, what movement or setting triggers it, and whether pain or injury symptoms appear with it.

2

Review health and injury history

We review your health history, recent accidents, workplace incidents, slips, falls, and prior medical findings.

3

Complete the clinical evaluation

Our team examines the concerns that may involve balance, neck movement, whiplash, headaches, or other musculoskeletal issues.

4

Explain the report of findings

We explain the findings in plain language and discuss whether chiropractic care, further medical evaluation, or another next step fits.

5

Set the personalized care plan

We create a personalized treatment plan and track documented treatment progress as care continues.

How We Approach Vertigo and Balance Concerns

Individualized patient evaluations

We begin with your symptoms and health history, then consider how head movement, neck pain, or an injury affects the visit. Vertigo care is the wrong fit for sudden emergency symptoms that need immediate hospital attention.

Personalized treatment planning

Your care plan follows the findings from your evaluation and diagnostic needs. We explain what chiropractic treatment can address and what needs further medical review.

Evidence-informed injury care

We connect care with documented treatment progress, especially when dizziness follows a car accident, workplace incident, slip, or fall.

This is the most friendliest and efficient doctor’s office I ever visited. The lady at the front desk !!!! AMAZING. Great customer service. The doctor asks perfect questions and made me feel comfortable and confident with my treatment plan. Highly recommended for all patients. Even if you’re just learning to walk again! The equipment and service provided is well worth the visit.

My fiancé & I was in an accident on 4/16/2024 and since we started treatment at the clinic the staff has been very helpful. They’re very professional, polite& efficient. Dr. Roberts always make sure that she ask us if we’re ok before and after treatment. She also makes sure that we clearly understand the process and answers any question’s or concerns that we may have. I would recommend her to anyone that needs proper treatment after an injury.

Questions Patients Ask About Vertigo Care

For Vertigo Treatment, what factors may trigger vertigo symptoms?

Inner ear issues, head movement, dehydration, and visual stimulation may trigger vertigo symptoms. Neck pain, whiplash, and headaches can also shape how dizziness feels after an injury. Write down when symptoms begin and what you were doing. That record helps our team compare the symptom pattern with your health history and care needs.

Who provides vertigo treatment for patients in Smyrna?

Advanced Injury Care Clinic provides vertigo treatment through chiropractic care, medical evaluation, and injury documentation. Patients can discuss symptoms with medical professionals and chiropractors during a free initial consultation. Our team also reviews car accident, workplace, slip, and fall injuries when those events relate to the current concern.

How should I prepare before discussing dizziness?

A written symptom record helps you prepare for a dizziness consultation. Note when spinning starts, whether head movement brings it on, and whether screens or busy spaces make it worse. Bring available medical records and details about recent injuries. Clear notes help the evaluation focus on your actual pattern.

When should vertigo symptoms receive urgent medical attention?

Sudden severe dizziness with fainting, chest pain, new weakness, trouble speaking, or a severe headache needs urgent medical attention. Chiropractic care isn't the right first step for those warning signs. Call emergency services or seek immediate medical care. Bring any discharge information to a later consultation if injury care remains necessary.

Which part of the visit changes the care plan for Vertigo Treatment?

The care plan changes when the symptom pattern, health history, injury details, or diagnostic needs point to a different cause. A patient with neck pain after whiplash may need a different discussion than someone whose symptoms follow visual stimulation. We explain the findings and next steps before personalized care begins.

Why can dehydration make dizziness feel worse?

Dehydration can make dizziness feel worse because the body has less fluid available for normal balance and circulation needs. It doesn't prove the cause of vertigo, so the full symptom pattern still matters. Tell us about fluids, meals, movement, and recent illness. We’ll include those details in the health history review.
