Vertigo Treatment in Nashville for injury-related dizziness

This service is for people who notice room spinning, dizziness, nausea, or balance loss after an accident or other injury. The decision is whether symptoms need focused evaluation, chiropractic care, medical review, or another next step.

Our team considers the injury event, current symptoms, health history, and records that help explain the condition. This page focuses on symptom-based care after injury, not a promise that every cause of dizziness is treated through chiropractic methods.

Patients can discuss care at our East Nashville office on Gallatin Pike D or our Midtown office near Vanderbilt on Elliston Pl. Both offices are open Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings.

  • Note when dizziness, room spinning, or nausea began.
  • Bring medical records or accident details when available.
  • Ask how symptoms will be documented during care.
  • Confirm which findings guide the personalized treatment plan.

This is the most friendliest and efficient doctor’s office I ever visited. The lady at the front desk !!!! AMAZING. Great customer service. The doctor asks perfect questions and made me feel comfortable and confident with my treatment plan. Highly recommended for all patients. Even if you’re just learning to walk again! The equipment and service provided is well worth the visit.

My fiancé & I was in an accident on 4/16/2024 and since we started treatment at the clinic the staff has been very helpful. They’re very professional, polite& efficient. Dr. Roberts always make sure that she ask us if we’re ok before and after treatment. She also makes sure that we clearly understand the process and answers any question’s or concerns that we may have. I would recommend her to anyone that needs proper treatment after an injury.

Questions patients ask about vertigo-related injury care

What symptoms may be related to vertigo for Vertigo Treatment?

Balance loss, room spinning, dizziness, and nausea may be related to vertigo. Advanced Injury Care Clinic reviews these symptoms with the injury history and health record. Neck pain, headaches, or whiplash can also matter after an accident. The first visit helps determine whether chiropractic care fits the patient’s needs.

Which details should I confirm before starting care for Vertigo Treatment?

The care plan, evaluation steps, documentation needs, and expected follow-up should be clear before treatment starts. Patients should share their symptoms, medical history, and injury details. Our team explains the report of findings and discusses appropriate next steps. A free initial consultation gives patients room to ask questions before agreeing to care.

How does a first visit address dizziness?

A first visit addresses dizziness through a new patient intake, health history review, and clinical evaluation. Patients describe when symptoms began and how they affect daily tasks. Our team also asks about car accidents, workplace incidents, slips, and falls. X-rays are considered only when clinically indicated for the patient’s situation.

When should I seek care for room spinning?

Room spinning after an injury deserves clinical attention when it continues, returns, or occurs with other symptoms. Patients should share nausea, headaches, neck pain, and changes in daily function. We review the full injury picture and explain whether chiropractic care is appropriate. Severe or sudden symptoms may need prompt medical attention.

Why does injury documentation matter during vertigo care?

Injury documentation connects symptoms, findings, and treatment progress to the reported event. Our team records the patient’s history, evaluation, care plan, and progress. Those records may support workplace and personal injury cases. Documentation does not decide legal responsibility, so patients may need separate legal advice for a claim.

What changes the cost of care for nausea and dizziness?

The evaluation needs, diagnostic review, treatment plan, and documentation needs can change the cost of care. No flat amount applies to every patient. Our free initial consultation lets patients discuss their symptoms and ask what the planned care includes. We explain the next step before treatment begins.
